I have to say this may be a favorite of mine from you Bob. It looks like a frame grab. Is that art rage in the background?
Thanks, George! One of those things that just happened yesterday when I was filling the void of being stuck inside from the snow. The background is from one of the watercolor backgrounds I used for the project I showed you. I dropped it in to see what it looked like--tinted it blue in Photoshop. Not so much ArtRage, but same idea of using painterly backgrounds.
It totally gives it the look of an animation cel, though. Which I love.
