A Dozen Faces

I'm normally inclined to draw weird animals and creatures. But you can get a lot of variety in a human face as well, which is something I have to remind myself of every so often. This gang of twelve is the result of a couple hours doodling in Flash.

Thanks! I'm keeping an open file to keep adding to. I've been meaning to practice drawing people more, especially women.

Love these! Especially the buck-toothed guy with glasses. Check out my blog, I did a similar excercise with faces just to see how many I could cram on a page, I really like how diverse your designs are.

Double thanks! I just left a note on your blog, David. Indeed your exercise is of a similar vein...though you focus more on the face or expression (rather than the whole head of an individual character). My problem is I don't draw people (humans) as much as I should. So I get rusty. That was my attempt here...I'd love to do an expression exercise as well. I'll add that to the queue :)
